Welcome to the Brand Builders Alliance! By registering for and participating in our membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). Please read them carefully.
Registration
To participate in the alliance, you must register and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration details.
Participation
By participating in the alliance, you agree to:
- Engage respectfully with other participants and speakers
- Not share any proprietary or confidential information shared during within the alliance without permission
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
All content provided during the membership, including presentations, videos, and materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Money Back Guarantee
We want you to feel great about joining the Brand Builders Alliance. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you find the membership isn’t a fit, you can request a refund within the first 30 days of your initial registration. You’ll receive a full refund minus any processing fees.
After the 30-day period, all payments are non-refundable.
Refunds for Recurring Memberships
We aim to provide flexibility while protecting the value of our membership. Please review our refund policy carefully:
• Within 3 Days of Initial Payment: You may request a refund, subject to a 5% processing fee.
• Between 4–7 Days of Initial Payment: Refunds are still available, but will incur a 10% processing fee.
• After 7 Days: Refunds are no longer available for any reason.
All refund requests are subject to our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide a valuable and informative experience, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content presented during the membership. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the membership.
Pause Policy
We offer two types of pause options:
1. Standard Pause (All Members)
• You may pause your membership for 1 month per calendar year
• This is designed for short-term breaks (e.g., travel, workload, life events)
• No impact on your pricing or membership status
2. Extended Pause (Founding Members Only)
• You may request a pause of up to 3 consecutive months
• This is a one-time use option to accommodate major life or business shifts
• During this time, billing is paused and access is suspended
• If your membership remains inactive beyond 3 months, your Founding Member rate will no longer be guaranteed
• You may return anytime after, but at the current public rate
What if I need more than a month pause?
If you’re a Founding Member, you have two options:
1. Use your 1-month standard pause, and continue paying for the next months
2. Or, activate your 3-month extended pause now (even if you only need 2 months) but note that this is a one-time use and locks in your Founding Member rate only if you return within that window.
Quarterly ↔ Yearly Plan Changes
You can switch between quarterly and yearly memberships at any time.
When you upgrade or downgrade, your payment will be pro-rated automatically based on your current billing cycle, so you only pay for what you use.
Simple, flexible, and member-friendly.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the alliance at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these TOS or is harmful to other participants or us, or if deemed unsuitable for the membership.
Governing Law
These TOS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these TOS from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new TOS on our website.
